Delivery
Our turnaround time is 7 to 10 working days from receipt of your order, artwork and payment. If you have an urgent order that needs to be completed in less than 7 days we will endeavor to meet your deadline. Please make sure that you supply all the relevant information when placing your order as any changes made to your order after you place it are likely to cause delay and may incur further charges.
Minimum orders
Our minimum order for Screen Printing garments is 12, which is due to the lengthy set-up process – any less than 12 would prove to be disproportionately expensive. If you require less than 12 prints we highly recommend using our vinyl transfer system.
Our minimum order for Embroidered and Thermal transfer garments is one, however, you will find significant price breaks if you order more than one.
Supplying your own Garments
We are more than happy to decorate garments supplied by clients, however, we do recommend that you contact us first to see if we can save you some money and more importantly please check to see if we are able to decorate the item before you go ahead and purchase. If you decide to supply your own garments please note that we do not take responsibility for the longevity of your garments if they have been washed prior to decoration.
Payment Terms
We require 50% of the total cost of your order upfront and the remaining 50% on delivery. We accept Cash | Bank Transfer | Paypal.
Returns Policy
Every care is taken to maintain a high level service from start to finish, however, we are not perfect and mistakes can be made. Our returns policy gives you 3 days grace. If you discover a fault please do not hesitate to get in touch.
