How to Order
Artwork Size & Position
The examples illustrated below show our most popular print sizes and positions.
Our maximum printable size is 320mm wide by 415mm deep. As you can see from the illustrations below we are able to print to a number of locations. Please be aware of the size restrictions for each printing position.

Sending Artwork
Please specify the size in which you would like us to print your design bearing in mind that we can print up to a maximum of 320mm x 415mm. Wherever possible, we would appreciate it if your artwork was sent to us at the size you wish it to be printed. If your artwork contains text, please ensure that all fonts have been converted to outlines, flattened or embedded into your artwork.
Please provide the best colour description you can when sending us your artwork i.e. sky blue, royal blue, midnight blue etc, alternatively you can select colours from our standard colour range. If you require precise colour matching please supply us with the appropriate details when placing your order.
If your artwork consists of more than one colour, please provide your artwork using a layer for each colour. Simple colour seperation is covered within the setup cost, however, a separate charge will be occured if you design requires complex colour separation.
The minimum requirement for line art on light garments using dark inks is 0.75 points and 1.5 points for white and light coloured inks on dark coloured garments.
Please send your design to us via email making sure that the file is no larger than 10MB. Alternatively you can send your artwork on a CD to our address detailed above and on our contacts page.
We accept the following file formats: PDF / JPG / TIFF / Photoshop PSD / Illustrator AI / EPS
Non-vector artwork must be supplied to us with a minimum resolution of 300DPI and the precise dimensions required. Please note that images supplied below 300DPI will result in poor print definition.
We will take every measure to accomplish what you require, however, if necessary we may have to recreate your artwork to overcome print depreciation and depending on the complexity of your artwork, this may result in an additional fee.
When attaching your files please label them clearly with printing position in the file name. (EG Print Press Nape of Neck.JPG) .
